Dear customer and business partner.

Our company respects the trust you show us when you share your personal data with us in connection with our business. Therefore, it is important to us that you know that we work professionally and confidentially with your information.

As a consequence of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to tell you how we use, process, store and protect the data we have about you.

The new General Data Protection Regulation means that we have certain obligations and that you have certain rights to the personal data and information that we may have about you.

What data do we have?

The personal data we process about you only includes general personal data:

Contact information, name, telephone number, e-mail address

Company name and company address and CVR number (sole proprietorships)

Order confirmations, invoices and contracts and contact information related to these

For what purpose do we use your data?

We store and use this information so that we are able to provide a good service to you, and can deliver your goods easily and invoice you correctly. We process your personal data internally in the office.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell, trade with or pass on your data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

In some cases, personal data may be transferred to our suppliers so that they are able to deliver goods to you.

How long do we keep your data?

Contact information, account information and other data related to order confirmations, contracts, invoices and credit notes are stored and retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable Danish legislation.

Under normal circumstances, there will be no objective purpose in processing or storing personal data five years after the termination of a cooperation relationship with a customer, supplier or business partner.

Data regarding the development of our machines and services in connection with troubleshooting and improvements to performance and design is stored for the lifetime of the machine, product or service.

Your rights.

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can exercise your rights by contacting us, our contact details are at the bottom of the document

You have the right to access the personal data that we process about you, you have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

In special cases, you have the right to have your personal data deleted before our general deletion deadline.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data.
